To create and manage your account, connect customers with caterers, deliver your requests to the caterer you choose, provide support, improve the platform, and keep it secure.
3. Sharing
When you request a quote, your request and contact details are shared with the selected caterer so they can respond. We use trusted service providers (for example our hosting and database provider) to run the platform. We do not sell your personal data, and we may disclose information where required by law.
4. Cookies & sessions
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the site. We do not use them to sell your data.
5. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your account information — and request deletion of your data — from your settings or by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable time.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and role-based access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password.
