Your calendar controls which dates customers can book — keep it accurate to avoid conflicts.
Block dates
On the Availability page, mark any days you're unavailable. Blocked dates can't be booked and won't show as available in search.
Set your capacity
Tell us how many events you can handle per day, your max guests per day, and how many overlapping events you can run in a time window. Once a date hits capacity, it automatically stops accepting new bookings — so you're never double-booked.
